Restaurant Manager | New Flagship F&B & Entertainment Venue

Our client is opening a new large-scale flagship restaurant and entertainment venue at Far East Square, with a capacity of up to 300 guests. The outlet is expected to open in early October 2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house and restaurant operations.
• Lead, train and manage the service team.
• Maintain service standards and guest experience.
• Coordinate closely with the Head Chef.
• Drive sales, revenue growth and upselling initiatives.
• Manage P&L, operating costs and inventory.
• Plan staff schedules and manpower deployment.
• Handle customer feedback and service recovery.
• Support marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and liquor-licensing requirements.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and operational standards.
• Support pre-opening preparation and staff training.
• Attend training in Shenzhen, China, if required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• High-volume or multi-concept outlet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and hands-on operational skills.
• Good knowledge of P&L, cost control and inventory management.
• Strong customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiar with Singapore F&B regulations and licensing.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Able to commence at least 2 weeks before outlet opening.
