岗位职责:
全面负责餐厅日常运营与管理工作
带领团队提供高品质服务,提升顾客满意度
管理及培训服务团队,建立高效协作机制
控制成本、优化流程,确保营运效率与盈利能力
处理客户反馈与突发情况,维护品牌形象
任职要求:
新加坡公民或永久居民优先(PR)
具备高级中餐厅相关工作经验(至少5年以上管理经验优先)
熟悉餐厅运营流程及服务标准
具备良好的沟通能力与领导能力
工作责任心强,能适应快节奏环境
工作时间:
5.5天工作制
薪资福利:
薪资最高可达 SGD 5,000(视经验与能力而定)

Hiring: Restaurant Manager (High-EndChinese Restaurant)
We are a high-end Chinese restaurant, anddue to business expansion, we are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager tojoin our team.
Job Responsibilities:
. Take full responsibility for the dailyoperations and management of the restaurant.
. Lead the team to provide high-qualityservice and enhance customer satisfaction.
. Manage and train the service team,establishing an efficient collaborative mechanism.
. Control costs, optimize processes, andensure operational efficiency and profitability.
. Handle customer feedback and emergencies,maintaining the brand image.
Job Requirements:
. Singapore citizen or permanent resident(PR) may apply
. Relevant work experience in a high-endChinese restaurant (at least 5 years of management experience preferred)
. Familiar with restaurant operationprocesses and service standards
. Excellent communication and leadershipskills
. Strong sense of responsibility andability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours:
. 5.5-day work week
Salary and Benefits:
. Salary up to SGD 5,000 (depending onexperience and ability)
