Restaurant Manager

Lavi Taco is a growing contemporary Mexican restaurant brand focused on delivering exceptional hospitality, vibrant dining experiences, and quality food. We are looking for a passionate Restaurant Manager who takes pride in leading teams, creating memorable guest experiences, and driving operational excellence.

This role requires someone who leads by example, takes ownership, and builds a strong service culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house team members

• Deliver outstanding guest experience and handle customer feedback professionally

• Manage manpower scheduling, productivity, and team performance

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards

• Monitor sales performance and support revenue growth initiatives

• Work closely with kitchen team to maintain operational efficiency

• Support business growth plans and brand development initiatives
