Job Description & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily store operations (front of house & back of house).
Supervise and coach team members during shifts to ensure quality service and product standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve service issues promptly.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and control wastage.
Support in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure compliance with our operational policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
Act as Manager-on-Duty when required.
Requirements:
Prior F&B or retail supervisory experience preferred.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
