The Restaurant Manager oversees daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent guest experience, strong team leadership, and efficient, profitable operations. This role works closely with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to uphold Kotuwa's service standards and brand values
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and maintain high standards of hospitality and service
- Manage and train front-of-house staff, including scheduling and performance
- Oversee daily operations, opening/closing procedures, and service flow
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing requirements
- Monitor sales, labour costs, and operational efficiency
- Manage front-of-house inventory and supplier coordination
- Support marketing initiatives, events, and business growth
Job Requirement
- 3-5 years experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Experience in full-service dining environments
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient with POS systems and basic reporting
