Key Responsibilities
. Oversee full restaurant operations and performance
. Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
. Drive revenue growth and improve profitability
. Ensure food safety, service quality, and customer satisfaction
. Lead, schedule, and manage manpower effectively
. Recruit, train, counsel, and supervise staff
. Handle admin matters and operational improvements
. Resolve service issues professionally
. Report to Area Manager and support company service culture
