    • Well-established hotpot restaurant with a comfortable, air-conditioned working environment

    • Team size of more than 15 staff

  2. Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth store performance

    • Lead, coordinate, and manage the service team effectively

    • Handle customer service matters, including feedback and complaint resolution

    • Monitor cost control, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards

    • Coordinate internal communication and conduct regular operational reviews

    • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

  3. Job Requirements

    • Proven experience in managing a Chinese restaurant or similar F&B establishment

    • Experience in Singapore or Malaysia is acceptable

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Ability to handle operational challenges and work under pressure

    • Good leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
