Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain high service standards.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and handle guest feedback professionally.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, performance, and manpower planning.
• Monitor sales performance, operating costs, inventory, and food wastage.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace standards.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and service consistency.
• Drive revenue growth through effective service standards, promotions, and upselling.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar F&B leadership role.
• Experience in Italian restaurants or Italian cuisine is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, cost control, and inventory management.
• Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced dining environment.
