We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager who enjoys running the floor, supporting staff, and ensuring customers leave happy. This role suits someone steady, responsible, and confident in leading people on the ground.

Daily Operations & Service

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties
  Ensure smooth service flow and good customer experience
  Handle customer feedback and service recovery professionally

People & Team Management

• Lead, supervise, and support service and kitchen staff
• Plan staff roster and manpower deployment
• Train staff on service standards and daily procedures

Sales, Cash & Reporting

• Monitor daily sales performance and basic cost control
• Ensure accurate cash handling and POS usage
• Prepare simple daily and monthly operational reports

Inventory & Cost Control

• Manage stock ordering, receiving, and inventory counts
• Control wastage and support cost efficiency

Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and workplace safety requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and equipment standards

Other Information:

• 5day work week (subject to operational requirements)
