• 5.5 days, including weekends and PH

Job Scope:

• Oversee full P&L performance and implement cost-control measures.

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and drive revenue growth while controlling costs.

• Lead daily restaurant operations and continuously improve processes and performance.

• Ensure food safety, operational safety, and high service standards.

• Handle customer issues professionally to maintain satisfaction.

• Drive operational efficiency and uphold service culture.

• Manage manpower planning, scheduling, and staff leave.

• Participate in hiring, staff counselling, and disciplinary actions.

• Lead and develop supervisors and service staff for optimal workforce utilisation.

• Handle restaurant administrative duties and support tasks assigned by the Area Manager.
