Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full restaurant operations including service quality, food standards, and compliance with SFA hygiene regulations.

  • Lead, train, and manage staff performance to achieve operational excellence.

  • Manage budgeting, cost control, inventory, and supplier coordination.

  • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally.

  • Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns though social media and instore.

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial experience in restaurant operations.

  • Strong financial management and business planning skills.

  • Fluency in English. Add advantage if know any Indian languages like tamil, hindi, etc since most customers are indian and also to manage diverse staff.

  • Proven leadership, organisational, and strategic planning capabilities.
