- Responsible for the restaurant's daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and manage employees foster a positive work environment enhance team cohesion and service levels.
- Ensure customer satisfaction handle customer complaints and feedback improve the restaurant's reputation.
- Monitor sales, cost control, and profit analysis develop and execute budget plans.

Job Requirements:
- Preferred majors in Chinese restaurant management or hotel management.
- 3+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry familiar with Chinese cuisine characteristics and operational processes.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness.
- Familiar with financial budgeting and cost control.
- Adaptable and able to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
