Job Responsibilities:
.
Oversee daily Restaurant operations to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
.
Manage and train the service team to maintain high service standards.
.
Supervise reservation systems, guest reception, and member relationship management.
.
Handle operation stock in & out, monitor inventory, and manage ordering.
.
Coordinate with kitchen, administrative, and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
.
Monitor costs and sales data, and prepare operational reports.
.
Handle guest complaints and special requests, maintaining the brand image.
.
Assist in planning and executing member events and banquets.
Requirements:
.
At least 3 years of experience in hotel, F&B, or club management.
.
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
.
Well-groomed, strong service mindset, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
.
Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin (additional languages are an advantage).
.
Willing to work on shifts, including public holidays and weekends.
