Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Aloft Singapore Novena. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction in the Food & Beverage sector. Responsibilities include managing the dining area, supervising staff, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations. The Manager will also contribute to hiring, training, and fostering effective communication across the team to create an exceptional guest dining experience.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Satisfaction and exceptional Customer Service skills
• Experience in hiring, training, and managing high-performing teams
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
• Proficiency and experience in the Food & Beverage sector
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proactive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar field is a plus
• Knowledge of industry trends and local F&B regulations is an advantage
