Job Title: Hostess / Service Crew
Job Scope:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, creating a welcoming first impression
- Replies to emails and messages regarding reservations
- Manage the reservation system and waiting list efficiently
- Assign tables strategically to optimize flow and guest satisfaction
- Communicate with the service team to coordinate seating and table turnover
- Present menus, take customer orders accurately, and serve food and beverages
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear and reset tables promptly between seatings
- Recommend menu items and handle guest enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Handle billing and payment transactions when needed
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and waiting areas
- Support daily opening and closing procedures
- Assist with stock checks or restocking of service items
- Work closely with both kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experience
