Job Description

Summary:

Our client is a well-known American fast-food chain with a long-standing reputation. Their flagship outlet operates 24/7, offering a complete menu while engaging customers through interactive content and community programs.

This position will report to the Area Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing all operation aspects of restaurant from manpower planning, food and service standard, customer service, profit, revenue, cash and quality targets
  • Development of the brand's strategy and operations
  • Lead business development initiatives and deliver long term strategic objectives.
  • Create store action plans to drive KPIs i.e. Quality Audits, Sales Targets
  • Stock control (Orders, inventory, consumption, etc)
  • Ensure that quality standards are maintained always Lead and cooperate towards the company's marketing campaigns
  • Coach, lead and mentor team members to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Recommend effective solutions to increase outlet sales and operations performance
  • Review business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis and provide recommendations to improve on operational issues and implement corrective measures
  • Responsive and availability during the operation time of the restaurant
  • Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries, coordination with Supply Chain Department, etc
  • Constantly keep in close contact with suppliers to source for competitive raw materials for the business
  • Work closely with HR department for all staff related matters and ensuring that processes are aligned with HR policy
  • Conduct annual performance/appraisals and review pay packages for outlets staff
  • Work closely with Training department to come up with SOPs, evaluation of training, training of the staff of the stores, etc

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in a fast-food environment
  • Project management and operations skills
  • Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar
  • Ability to transmit ideas and vision in both verbal and written
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multitask environment
  • Ability to prepare reports using MS Office
  • Concise, and well thought out written and oral communication skills
  • Positive work attitude and a high level of energy
  • Possess valid Food Safety certificate
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Able to commerce work immediately or within short notice
