Job Scope:
- Welcome, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to handle reservations, special requests, and seating arrangements.
- Provide attentive service, anticipate guest needs, and deliver a personalised fine dining experience.
- Respond promptly and tactfully to guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Receive guest feedback and prepare monthly reports including guest comments, preferences, and insights to support business decisions.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the restaurant's menu, service sequence, and overall operations.
- Uphold Ammkase's standards of excellence in guest relations, service etiquette, and fine dining protocol.
- Fully understand the operations of the restaurant and service sequence
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of F&B experience
- Prior hospitality or fine-dining restaurant experience is advantageous
- Team player
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude with an outgoing personality
- Well-groomed and takes pride in looking good
- Great communication and excellent guest service skills
