Our Client, a Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee in Malaysia, is bringing their renowned noodle and porridge Seafood Restaurant to Singapore! We're seeking passionate and dedicated Assistant Chefs and Cooks to join their inaugural team. Cook ($2380 to $3400)

What You'll Do

. Cook and portion dishes following company recipes and standards.

. Operate Deep Fry, Stir Fry, and Soup Base stations.

. Ensure seafood freshness and taste consistency.

. Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety (NEA & SFA standards).

. Assist in prep work, deliveries, and stock rotation (FIFO).

. Monitor fridge and storage temperatures for compliance.

. Keep workstations clean and perform closing duties.

. Support smooth kitchen operations and report stock needs.

We're Looking For

. Valid Food Safety Certificate (Level 1)

. 3 years F&B experience, preferably with seafood dishes

. Skilled in culinary techniques, knife handling, and food safety

. Able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
