Roles And Responsibilities:

  • Assist Chef in the daily kitchen operations
  • Basic cutting and food preparation skills,
  • Supply ordering dealing with suppliers,
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
  • Assist in maintaining food storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and stock management.
  • Manage food quality control,
  • Manage ingredient quality and storage,
  • Kitchen job scheduling and job rotation,
  • Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements / Skills

  • Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage.
  • Able to do split shift, work under pressure.
  • Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
  • Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team
