Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist Chef in the daily kitchen operations
- Basic cutting and food preparation skills,
- Supply ordering dealing with suppliers,
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area in compliance with NEA and food safety standards.
- Assist in maintaining food storage areas, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and stock management.
- Manage food quality control,
- Manage ingredient quality and storage,
- Kitchen job scheduling and job rotation,
- Assist in adhoc duties as and when required.
Job Requirements / Skills
- Possess WSQ Food & Hygiene Certificate will be an advantage.
- Able to do split shift, work under pressure.
- Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
- Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team
