Job Description

. Receiving and processing purchase orders.

. Issuing sales transaction invoices.

. Verifying orders, including customers personal information and payment details.

. Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.

. Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

. Compiling monthly sales reports.

. Expediting orders through internal liaison.

. Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

. Identifying new products to add to those on offer.

. Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

. Coordinating daily restaurant management operations

. Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction

. Organize and supervise shifts

. Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity

. Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products

. Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

. Manage restaurant's good image and suggest ways to improve it

. Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations

Must Need to work on weekends and Public holidays
