Job Description

Job Summary

Lead guest service excellence by warmly greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations, and ensuring smooth food and beverage service. Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization, oversee closing duties, conduct inventory checks, and coach junior staff to uphold service standards.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly with warmth and friendliness to create a positive first impression
  • Assist guests with table reservations and demonstrate thorough knowledge of the menu and presentation standards
  • Apply correct service techniques consistently while enthusiastically serving food and beverage items
  • Clear, collect, and return food and beverage items to designated areas efficiently
  • Present accurate final bills to guests and process payments correctly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of both front and back of house areas throughout service
  • Complete all daily shift responsibilities reliably to ensure smooth operations
  • Perform closing duties including restocking items and securing the premises by turning off lights
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies to maintain stock accuracy
  • Coach and develop junior staff actively to enhance team performance and service quality
  • Perform any additional food and beverage service duties assigned by the manager
