Restaurant & Bar Guest Experience Executive

What's the job

The incumbent will work together with the Lobby Lounge & Bar Manager and supports the daily service operations of the Lobby Lounge while enhancing the beverage program through wine expertise, mixology, and personalized guest engagement. The role also coordinates special events, driving sales, guest loyalty, and strengthening the Lobby Lounge's reputation as a destination for exceptional experiences.

Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.

Your day-to-day

• Support all service aspects of the Lobby Lounge on a daily basis, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
• Coordinate and support the execution of special events in the Lobby Lounge.
• Drive incremental wine sales revenue through pairing recommendations, upselling, and guest education.
• Design and deliver structured training sessions to improve team knowledge in wine, cocktails, and guest engagement.
• Mentor and coach colleagues to build confidence in beverage recommendations and service delivery.
• Develop and launch new cocktails that reflect market trends and resonate with guests.
• Stay updated on global beverage innovations to maintain competitive offerings.
• Act as a guest engagement ambassador by creating personalized and memorable experiences.
• Promote the Lounge's Wine Club and cocktail events to strengthen guest loyalty.
• Support the Lounge's reputation by ensuring consistent service standards and contributing to positive guest sentiment.

What we need from you

. Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field

. Experienced in full service restaurants / local or international hotels

. Excellent knowledge in beverage products will be an added advantage

. Able to guide and train the team being a good role model for the juniors

. Ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company

. Outgoing and people oriented personality that enjoys contact with patrons

. Motivator and confident in problem handling

. Good interpersonal skills and a strong team player
