Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients warmly upon arrival
- Manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and client check-ins/check-outs
- Provide clear and professional guidance to clients on services, schedules, and facilities
- Support service flow and coordination with wellness coaches and technicians
- Handle phone and WhatsApp inquiries, including rescheduling and cancellations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house and reception area
- Ensure smooth service usage and credit tracking through our booking platform
- Support onboarding of new clients and explain health declarations or consent forms
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Assist with events, VIP visits, and occasional administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Prior experience in hospitality, wellness, customer service, or front desk roles desirable but not mandatory
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
- A warm, polished, and professional demeanour
- Passion for health, wellness, longevity or client care is a strong advantage
- Flexibility to work on rotating shifts (including some Saturdays)
