RESTAURANT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Job Description

• Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily operations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Monitor and maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment as required
• Support in achieving financial targets including sales, cost control, and profitability
• Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent performance
• Assist with staff scheduling
• Provide training, coaching, and guidance to new and existing employees
• Be hands-on and exercise control during operational hours to ensure smooth service flow
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior/management
