Resource Management Executive (12 months) (Local Bank) #JTL

. Partner with stakeholders to understand their resourcing requirements and fulfil the request effectively and efficiently within the turnaround time

. Actively tracking and following up on the status from request to fulfilment on a timely manner

. Source for the right resource pool of capabilities that meets cost and requirements from the panel of temporary resourcing suppliers

. Manage relationship with suppliers and review their performance on resource management related metrics such as turnaround to present profiles, fulfilment turnaround time, candidate quality and attrition rate

. Review and facilitate the temporary resource contracts for signing and Purchase Requisition (PR) process

. Address and resolve temporary resource related issues, escalation and inform management as necessary for resource requirements

. Identify and continuously improve resource fulfilment processes and other resourcing/ workforce initiatives

. Support data analysis and reporting on supplier's performance and any other requirement as required

Requirement:

. Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent

. At least 1 years of experience in resource management, sourcing, supplier management or recruiting in similar capacity/role will be advantageous

. Experience in IT technology services will be an added advantage

. Possess proactive attitude and willingness to adapt to changes
