Resident Technical Officers (HDB BTO)

1. to carry out the supervision of building works as stipulated in the Building Control Act

2. to co-ordinate and supervise the defects investigation and rectification Works

3. verify that the Contractor's defects rectification are completed satisfactorily, or to the satisfaction of HDB

4. monitor and track that the defects rectification meet the service standards set

5. Keep proper site documentation and records

Requirements:

• BCA-registered / NCCS / BCSS
• Min 3 yrs experience in the supervision of C&S/Architectural works preferably in HDB BTO projects
