Your impact
We would like to hire a Resident Technical Officer to join our Water team working on an upcoming Sewer Main Pumping Rehab project. Jacobs's role is Client's Representative doing the construction supervision work.
Main duties
- Supervise the execution of the construction works including temporary works for pipe laying, pipe jacking works and construction of chambers
- Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
- Monitor the Contractor's progress and performance and maintain proper site records of the works.
- Take photos of the worksite and update The Client with proper labels through email / WhatsApp on a daily basis.
- Keep and maintain proper site records and documentation, e.g. attendance records of PM, RTO, STO, Professional Engineers and contractor's site personnel
- Keep records of diary, record books, schedule of works, records of inspection/checklists and approvals for concreting, test records, test certificates.
Here's what you'll need
To be a successful candidate, you shall possess relevant experience in pipe laying and pipe rehabilitation works and be available to work 5.5 days in a week.
