Resident Technical Officer (RTO)

Location: Changi

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise site works and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Carry out site inspections and monitor work quality.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and relevant parties on site matters.
• Identify and report non-compliance and follow up on rectification works.
• Maintain site records and inspection reports.
• Attend site meetings as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Qualified Person (QP).

Job Requirements

• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) in Singapore.
• Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in construction site supervision.
• Good knowledge of construction practices and safety requirements.
• Able to work independently with good communication skills.
