Resident Technical Officer (RTO)
East side civil project - Bridge experience

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Study all Authority's and approved Contractor's drawings for necessary supervision work
- To carry out supervision of construction works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer's instructions.
- Ensure that contractor had obtained all necessary permits and clearance to work
- To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Liaise with all parties involved in the project
- To review and supervise safety, environmental and health matters
- To review Contractor's Method of Statements and Risk Assessments and supervise all works in relation to current Code of Practice and approved BCA drawings
- Attend site meetings and resolve site technical issues.
- Maintain and control site records as per required
Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 5 years of experience in LTA projects
- Registered RTO with IES/ACES
