Resident Technical Officer (RTO C&S) Runway Airport

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise civil/structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
• Monitor work progress, quality, site activities and maintain proper inspection/site records.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing and coordinate with contractors and project teams.
• Supervise critical works including excavation, pavement and structural works.
• Support handover, defect rectification and airside safety compliance where applicable.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum 5 years RTO experience, including at least 3 years in major civil/infrastructure works.
• Register with IES
• Airport/airside, runway, taxiway or pavement experience will be an advantage.
• Willing to perform shift work.
