Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
Monitor contractors workmanship and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with contractors, consultants and project teams.
Identify and report any site discrepancies, defects or non-compliance issues.
Maintain proper site records, inspection reports and daily progress reports.
Coordinate and attend site inspections, testing and submission of relevant documentation.
Monitor work progress and highlight potential delays or technical issues to the project team.
Ensure construction works comply with relevant statutory and authority requirements.

Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES or ACES.
Relevant experience in civil and structural construction works.
Experience in infrastructure or LTA projects will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of construction practices, engineering drawings and site supervision.
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with contractors and consultants.
Responsible, proactive and able to work under site conditions.
