Resident Technical Officer (RTO) - Archi

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and inspect architectural works on-site.
• Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines (C&S, M&E).
• Maintain site records and report any discrepancies or defects.
• Attend site and coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or related field.
• Registered RTO with IES/ACES.
• At least 5 years of relevant site supervision experience in Singapore.
• Good knowledge of architectural details and local codes.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
