Roles & Responsibilities
. Assist the Resident Engineer on-site in supervising and inspecting construction work to ensure that all works comply with statutory and client requirements.
. Ensuring that construction activities adhere to safety regulations and guidelines.
. Reviewing and approving construction drawings, materials, and method statements.
. Coordinating with QPS team, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any technical issues that may arise during the project.
. Keeping detailed records of site activities, including daily reports, progress updates, and quality control measures.
. Review and check all the drawings, specifications, and to ensure that works are carried out in accordance with the approved plans/drawings.
. Providing technical support and guidance to the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
. Collaborating with relevant authorities and agencies to obtain necessary approvals and permits for construction activities.
. Participating in site meetings, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.
. Ensuring that all construction works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contractual agreements.
Job Requirements
. Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
. Possess a valid Resident Technical Officer certification accredited by IES.
. Willingness to work on-site, including irregular hours and weekends if required.
