Resident Technical Officer (M&E)

Responsibilities:

. Scope of works includes supervision and co-ordination of all Mechanical & Electrical works

. Ensure that all installations are in accordance with the Working / Approved Drawings, and

applicable local Codes, Regulations and Standards.

. To attend site meetings and site walks with developer and consultants as required.

. Assist the Consultants in supervision and inspection of construction work on site.

. Monitor project progress schedule and quality standards.

. Maintain and update site records on project progress.

. Inspect and monitor quality of workmanship of M&E works on site.

. Check all drawings (including authority submission drawings and shop drawings)

Requirements:

. Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering

. Minimum 8 years (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local

Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments

. Familiar with local codes and regulations

. Experience in manufacturing facilities
