Ensure that construction projects follow contracts and regulations.
Inspect materials and workmanship.
Perform tests to check the quality of materials.
Prepare progress reports for their clients.
Read and interpret drawings and details of projects.
Represent clients on construction sites.
Requirements
Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES)
Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC)certificate
Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
A recognised Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
