Job Description

Location: West region

Responsibilities:

Supervise and inspect mechanical and electrical works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
Check installation methods, materials and workmanship for quality and compliance.
Coordinate M&E works with consultants, contractors and other site disciplines.
Review shop drawings, material submissions and method statements and highlight discrepancies.
Monitor site progress and report delays, defects and technical issues to the Consultant/Engineer.
Witness and inspect testing, commissioning and functional performance of M&E systems.
Maintain daily site records, inspection reports, test records, progress reports and as-built documentation.
Monitor site safety, housekeeping and ensure M&E works comply with relevant Singapore requirements.
