Job Description & Requirements
- To carry out full-time supervision of construction (M&E) works as required under BCA regulations and in accordance with the contract and Superintending Officer's instructions.
- To monitor progress and ensure that the work is done and materials used are in accordance with approved specifications, codes, standards, and regulations.
- Assume any other duties in connection with the project assigned by the S.O.
- Supervise M&E works in compliance with contract requirements.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Min. 3 years of relavant experience as a RTO of which atleast 2 years shall be in the supervision of works similiar in nature to worked in the civil contracts.
- Registered RTO with IES/ACES
