Resident Technical Officer

Job Requirement

1. RTO shall possess a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS

2. The RTO shall be accredited by the Institute of Engineers Singapore (IES) and/or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).

3. Minimum 3 years of experience in the supervision of works similar in nature to the civil infrastructure works.

4. Prior LTA/PUB project experience is an advantage

Job Description

1. The RTO shall supervise all civil, structural and geotechnical works, including structural elements for Civil infrastructure works, for compliance with the LTA's requirements and other authorities and agencies requirements for permanent works and temporary works.

2. The RTO shall be independent and energetic to perform permanent shift work or late night supervision and project management work.

3. The RTO shall be competent with all necessary Ministry of Manpower WS requirements e.g. Work-At- Height (WAH), Lifting work, Permit-To-Work (PTW) etc.

4. The RTO shall possess high proficiency in MS Excel, Power-point and maintaining of proper daily work progress record.
