RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER

Supervise and ensure quality control of all civil, structural, and architectural works.

Maintain daily site records including progress of works, instructions issued to contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities, weather conditions, number of workers and visitors, and any other significant site information.

Supervise and maintain records for day works carried out on site.

Attend site and coordination meetings as required.

Carry out site supervision and inspection of works, including off-site manufacturing such as precast concrete production and structural steel fabrication, as instructed by the Architect to ensure works meet required quality standards and accuracy.

Monitor the progress of works on site and at off-site manufacturing facilities, and promptly report any delays.
