Resident Technical Officer C&S

The proposed personnel shall have minimum two (2) years of experience in the supervision of industrial building, preferably with LTA experience.

The proposed personnel shall have a diploma in the civil/structural discipline or National Certificate in Construction Supervision (NCCS) or equivalent and shall be accredited by JAC of IES/ACES as QSS.

The QSS shall meet the required minimum hours of work per month (Base Monthly Work Hours) which shall be computed based on the normal working hours for the week (forty-four (44) hours a week).
