Key Roles & Responsibilities

Provide full-time site supervision for civil and infrastructure works.
Ensure construction works comply with PUB requirements, approved drawings, specifications and contract standards.
Inspect and monitor quality, workmanship, materials and construction activities.
Supervise excavation, drainage, sewerage, water infrastructure and other civil works.
Review method statements, ITPs, RFIs, shop drawings and technical submissions.
Identify and follow up on defects, non-conformance and rectification works.
Monitor work progress, site coordination and construction programme.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders to resolve site issues.
Maintain daily site records, inspection reports and project documentation.
Ensure site activities comply with WSH requirements and approved safe work procedures.
Assist the Resident Engineer/Consultant with inspections, testing, handover and completion works.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Civil Engineer.
At least 2 years of experience in supervision of works similar in nature to the Contract.
RTO qualification accredited by the Commissioner of Building Control (COB) and accepted by Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) / Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
Relevant experience in PUB / water infrastructure / drainage / sewerage / civil infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of civil construction methods, drawings, specifications, quality control and site inspection procedures.
Able to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.
Strong site supervision, documentation and communication skills.
