To provide supervision services to ensure the Contractor comply with the Authorities Requirements and Agencies requirements
To review the Contractor's drawings for discrepancies, missing details, etc. and to highlight such findings to the Company in a timely manner
To supervise transmission cable and building development project works including civil, road works and other associated works
To ensure contractor carried out works not affecting/compromise safety, environmental and health matters
provide standing supervision to all civil and structural works compliance with the Authority's Requirements including, but not limited to, the following for completion of the project works:
Temporary Works relating to excavation, strutting, earth retaining and stabilising structures (ERSS), ground improvement, if required
Safety, Health and Environmental control measures, etc.
Utility diversions and protection works/supports to utilities, if required
Risk registers, hazard logs, etc
Mobilization and demobilization of vehicles, machineries and equipment etc.
Cable preparation and cable pulling works, etc
Construction of Joint Bay and associated work, etc
Cable jointing works in joint bay, etc
Testing and commissioning works related to transmission cable, etc
Weekly summary reports on site management to highlight safety issue and propose any improvement to the Company
Requirements:
Registered as Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES
Minimum Two (2) years of relevant experience in projects similar in nature to the projects
