Supervise and inspect civil and structural works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and local authority requirements.
Conduct site inspections and monitor work progress, quality, and safety.
Report any deviations or non-conformities to the RE/SRE/QP promptly and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Review and verify shop drawings, material submissions, and progress claims.
Prepare and submit daily site reports, inspection checklists, and documentation records.
Ensure all works comply with statutory requirements and industry codes of practice.
Requirements:
Diploma in Civil and Structural Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in LTA, CAG and HDB Projects.
Registered RTO (C&S) with IES / ACES.
Good interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Knowledge of BCA regulations, local codes, and safety requirements.
