We are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, full time site supervisor interested in working on a Good Class Bungalow project.
Job Description
- On site supervision of Architectural works including structural safety barrier & faade cladding works
- Keeping records of the works, instructions given to contractors, materials delivered to site, daily activities, weather conditions, any other significant information and reporting to the consultants and client in the form of a progress report
- Read and interpret drawings and details of the project
- Liaise with the project team including the detailed review of drawings, specifications and reports
- Liaise with Consultants and contractors as required to manage and deliver the project
- Monitor Builder's Site management
- Ensure Builder maintain work safety and good housekeeping
- Ensure that the project construction follows contract documentation and regulations
- Inspection & supervision of materials and workmanship
- Check on quality of materials and samples delivered to site
- Check mock-ups done on site
- Prepare defects lists, monitor progress of rectification works and ensure all defects are satisfactorily rectified
- Attend technical meetings & progress meetings
Requirement
- Must be accredited with the Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) of the Institution of Engineers Singapore (IES) and the Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
- Able to commence work immediately
