Resident Technical Officer (Architectural)

Responsible for accomplishing the project within the constraints.
Responsible for overall planning, controlling, monitoring & managing project resources to the best meet.
Manage, monitor & coordinate consultants to ensure compliance with authorities & requirements.
Initiate value engineering & able to cut costs for projects.
Lead team to complete drawings for submission.
Manage contractual issues & disputes with sub-contractors & clients.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications & drawings.
Supervise archi works & coordinate with clients, consultants & subcons for technical matters.
Coordinate across disciplines (Archi/Structural/M&E) to identify & resolve clashes.
Prepare & develop detailed drawings & documentation.
Handle submissions & reviews of architectural materials, sample boards & shop drawings with consultants.
