RESIDENT TECHNICAL OFFICER (ARCHITECTURAL)

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise architectural works to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project specifications.

• Monitor construction activities on assigned projects to ensure adherence to approved designs, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

• Review architectural drawings and details, and identify or track any engineering changes throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate and collaborate closely with architectural consultants and project stakeholders on design and site-related matters.

• Conduct inspections of site works, material submissions, mock-ups, and project samples to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Building, Architecture, or a related field.

• Registered Resident Technical Officer (RTO) with IES/ACES.

• Preferably with experience in LTA projects.

• Familiarity with BIM processes and design coordination would be an advantage.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant RTO working experience.
