Resident Technical Officer (Architectural, APS Contract)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision - Supervise architectural works and ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and contract requirements.
• Quality Inspection - Inspect workmanship, materials and finishes identify defects and ensure proper rectification.
• Technical Coordination - Check shop drawings, material submissions and architectural details coordinate interfaces with other trades.
• Contractor Coordination - Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and consultants, monitor progress and report site issues to the RA/QP.
• Site Records & Handover - Maintain daily reports, inspection records and photographs assist with defects, completion and project handover.
• Perform duties assigned by superior.

Job Specification:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.
• The Resident Technical Officer(Architecture) shall be dedicated full time on Site, not less than 6 months before BSC until CWW is obtained.
• Location: Tampines.
