Resident Technical Officer (RTO) - Short-Term Assignment (Fire-Rated Door Replacement Project)

1 May 2026 - 31 July 2026 (Execution)
1 August 2026 - 31 August 2026 (Defects Liability Support)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision of fire-rated door replacement works in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore fire safety regulations and Code of Practice.
- Conduct inspections, witness testing, and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with Client, Contractor and Consultant team on quality and compliance matters.
- Assist during defects rectification period.
Requirements:
- Accredited full-time Resident Technical Officer (RTO).
- Proven experience in Residential Projects (institutional projects advantageous).
- Familiarity with fire-rated door systems and fire safety compliance involving digital lockset mechanism.
- Strong understanding of BCA / SCDF requirements and site supervision practices.
Remuneration:
- Monthly fee: SGD $5,500 - $6,500 (commensurate with experience).
- Completion Incentive: Up to 1 month upon successful project completion with no defects.
- Immediate availability preferred. Shortlisting and appointment will be expedited.
