We are looking for a skilled Resident Surveyor to lead and manage all on-site surveying activities. The role involves ensuring accurate and timely execution of surveying tasks to support project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, and manage all surveying activities on site.
- Schedule and coordinate daily surveying operations.
- Ensure that all measurements and readings are conducted accurately, efficiently, and within set timelines.
- Attend site meetings and work closely with clients on all land surveying matters.
- Conduct periodic site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Support the construction team when necessary.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Land Surveyor.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Land Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience working on HDB projects.
- Must be a registered member of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV).
