Job Summary
The Resident Surveyor leads surveying operations for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with authority requirements while coordinating with internal teams and external parties including LTA Surveyors.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of surveyors to plan, coordinate, and monitor surveying activities throughout the construction process
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of all surveying works to meet project standards and authority requirements
- Coordinate with relevant parties to produce computed plans and endorse plans as required
- Establish and set up survey points and levels on site to ensure precise measurements
- Collaborate with LTA Surveyors to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project specifications
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, or Geo-Spatial Information and Technology
- Membership with the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant surveying experience
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience working with LTA surveying requirements and procedures
